Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your SaltMudé experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email us at info@saltmude.com.Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions.
Please note: returns sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.


Damages & Issues

We take great care in preparing every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Non-returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you have any concerns about a specific product before purchase, please reach out — we’re here to help.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@saltmude.com.
