At SaltMudé, every order is prepared with care and intention.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Please allow additional time during holidays, product launches, or periods of increased order volume.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@saltmude.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will review your request and work to make it right.

Unopened Products
Unused and unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
